Overview
A three-day course that gives you the knowledge and skills to apply ISO 31000 in practice. It focuses on interpreting and implementing the principles of risk management, establishing a framework that fits the organisation’s context, and improving decision-making through a structured risk management process.
Boards are accountable for risk oversight. ISO 31000 gives leaders and risk owners a shared, practical way to manage risk across every function.

Course structure: 3 days
1Day 1: Introduction to ISO 31000 and establishing the risk management framework

Examination
A 2-hour exam, sat online through PECB, that tests the competency domains below. You can sit it at the end of the course or book it for a later date.
