Overview
A two-day course on managing emerging risks with the guidance of ISO/TS 31050. You learn to identify weak signals, assess evolving and uncertain risks, choose appropriate treatments, strengthen resilience and use risk intelligence to support informed, timely decisions, all within the ISO 31000 risk management process.
The risks that hurt most are often the ones nobody was watching. ISO/TS 31050 gives risk owners a disciplined way to read weak signals and build resilience.
