Overview
A five-day course that develops the competence to audit quality management systems using widely recognised audit principles, procedures and techniques. It combines the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1 and the guidance of ISO 19011 into one methodology, and uses exercises and quizzes to practise interpreting ISO 9001 in an audit, collecting and verifying evidence, leading an audit team, drafting nonconformity reports and preparing the final audit report. The credential is UKAS accredited and recognised internationally.
ISO 9001 is the most widely used management system standard in the world and a common condition in tenders and supply contracts.
