Overview

A five-day course that gives you the competence to establish, implement, operate, maintain and continually improve a quality management system based on ISO 9001. You learn the requirements in depth together with PECB’s IMS2 implementation methodology, and how a structured, evidence-based approach to quality and a strong customer focus build a culture that supports quality. The credential is UKAS accredited and recognised internationally.

ISO 9001 is the most widely used management system standard in the world and a common condition in tenders and supply contracts.

Examination

A 3-hour exam, sat online through PECB, that tests the competency domains below. You can sit it at the end of the course or book it for a later date.

Prerequisites

No formal prerequisite. A basic understanding of ISO 9001 helps, and the Foundation course is good preparation.

How long do I have to complete the eLearning?
Access runs for 12 months from purchase, so you can study around work and book the exam when you are ready.
Is the exam included in the fee?
Yes. The exam, one free retake, the certification application fee and the first year of the annual maintenance fee are all included.
Can my employer pay, or can I enrol a team?
Yes. Organisations can ask for an invoice, and group enrolments are handled through Corporate & Team Training.
Is the course available in French?
