Overview

A two-day introduction to quality and quality management that explains what ISO 9001 requires of a quality management system (QMS). You cover the role of top management, risks and opportunities, the quality policy, the processes behind products and services, performance evaluation and continual improvement, and you finish ready to take part in a QMS implementation project.

ISO 9001 is the most widely used management system standard in the world and a common condition in tenders and supply contracts.

Examination

A 1-hour exam, sat online through PECB, that tests the competency domains below. You can sit it at the end of the course or book it for a later date.
